Added security in three simple steps.

To enjoy the added security of Verified by Visa, all you have to do is:

1. Register your card...

and set up a password at any participating VbV merchant. You will then be asked to create a Personal Greeting while you shop online.

2. Shop online...

at participating e-merchants. Enter your Visa card number and submit your order – as you would today.

3. Enter your password...

for verification when prompted by your bank – so only you can use your card. When prompted to enter your password, your bank will also display the Personal Greeting that you have created so that you know it is your bank asking for you to enter your password.

Registration for Verified by Visa while shopping online

Habib Bank UK’s Verified by Visa Service provides added protection against unauthorized use of your Visa card while shopping online. During checkout at a participating VbV merchant, you will be asked to register for this service by simply setting-up a password before completing your online transaction.

This is a one-off registration process and, after you’ve chosen your password, all future purchases at participating VbV merchants will be completed with added security.
