Welcome to new HBL eRemit

*** Important Information ***
We have upgraded our popular eRemit service, with some useful new features, as under:
- For the first time, you will be able to store your Debit/Credit card that is to be used for payment via eRemit, and
- You can start making direct payment through eRemit, using 3D Secure (where you will be asked to confirm your password and authorising the payment).
- Through eRemit, you can now send remittances, not only to Pakistan, but also Bangladesh and Nepal.
- You can use a username of your choice (please note that once the username is established, it will be permanent and cannot be changed).
- Remit up to the equivalent of £1,500 per transaction.
- There is no charge if the purpose of the remittance is Personal and if the payment is made using an HBL UK Debit Card. A charge is however levied if the payment is made using another banks Debit/Credit card.
- In addition to receiving an email for intimation of transaction, you can also request to retrieve the intimation via SMS.
- In order to continue using the eRemit service, you will be required to complete the information, confirming the relationship with your beneficiary. When you login into eRemit, there will be detail displayed on "My Dashboard", where you will see your beneficiary name, and then click on each beneficiary to complete the missing information. This is a requirement of local regulatory guidelines where the mandatory information must be confirmed by yourself. Once this is completed successfully, you can start remitting the fund to the beneficiary.
As always, if you need any assistance, click on Help at the top of the screen for guidance or use Secure Messaging to send email to the eRemit Team for quick and efficient response.
We hope that you will continue to enjoy the new upgraded eRemit as the preferred service for your home remittance.
